The member app and portal

Members sign in at yourgym.fitplex.cybx.live/member — or your gym's own app — with their mobile number and a one-time code.

They can see their membership and validity, invoices, attendance, class bookings, PT sessions, workout and diet plans, and the shop.

• Settings → PWA — your app name, icon and colours for the web app.
• Settings → Native App — your gym's own Android/iOS app, if you have one.
• A member's mobile number must be correct in Fitplex for them to sign in.
