Taking a payment

Open the member → Collect payment (or Payments → New Payment).

1. Add lines — a membership plan, a PT package, a service, or a one-time charge. Each line shows its price.
2. Discount — one discount for the whole bill. It appears as its own minus line on the invoice.
3. Amount received — what the member actually handed over. If it's less than the total, the rest becomes a due, and you can set a due date.
4. Payment method — cash, UPI, card, bank transfer. You can split one payment across methods.
5. Save. Fitplex creates the invoice, starts the membership or PT package, and (if enabled) sends the invoice on WhatsApp and email.

Want an exact split between membership and PT?

A single discount is shared between the lines in proportion to their prices. If you've agreed, say, membership ₹1,800 + PT ₹6,200, just type those amounts on the lines and leave the discount at 0.
