WhatsApp credits or your own WhatsApp number

Fitplex sends invoices, reminders and notifications on WhatsApp in one of two ways:

Your remaining credits are shown on your support Overview.
Messages suddenly stopped?
Check your credits first. At 0 credits every message is refused, including invoices and reminders — they're recorded as failed in Reports & Finance → WhatsApp Messages. Raise a ticket under Billing & renewal to top up. Messages that failed while you were out of credits are not resent automatically.
