Renewal reminders

Fitplex sends a daily round of reminders: a few days before a membership ends, and a suspension notice after. Which days are used is set per gym. Each member gets at most one message in 24 hours, and members who turned off WhatsApp aren't messaged.

After a payment

The member gets their invoice on WhatsApp, showing the amount they paid and any outstanding balance, with the PDF attached.

WA Automation

Settings → WA Automation lets you choose your own approved templates for events — full payment, part payment, due cleared, new member — and which details go into them (name, amount paid, invoice total, due, plan, end date).
