Reminding expired members to renew

Fitplex sends renewal reminders automatically before and after expiry (see WhatsApp reminders). For manual follow-ups:
| Expired | Where to message them |
|---|---|
| 1–5 days ago | Dashboard → Recently Expired card → Send All, or the WhatsApp button on each row. |
| 6–30 days ago | Dashboard → Reach All Expired. Can be run once every 72 hours per gym. |
| Over 30 days | Not messaged — at that point it's no longer a reminder. |
Each member gets at most one message every 24 hours, and members who turned WhatsApp off are skipped.
Messages use your WhatsApp credits unless you've connected your own WhatsApp number.
