WhatsApp messages aren't being delivered

Check Reports & Finance → WhatsApp Messages for the failed message and its reason.
| Reason shown | Fix |
|---|---|
| Insufficient WhatsApp credits | You're at 0 credits. Raise a ticket to top up, or connect your own WhatsApp number. |
| Already sent… please wait 24 hours | Each member gets at most one message a day. |
| WhatsApp notifications are disabled for this member | The member opted out — turn it back on in their profile if they ask. |
| Template errors | The template isn't approved by WhatsApp yet, or was changed. Raise a ticket. |
Also check the member's mobile number is right — Fitplex sends to +91 and the last 10 digits.
